5* from A to Z. Very friendly and welcoming staff

I had a lovely experience here. Starting from reception I was welcomed by Veronika a professional friendly receptionist oriented to the customer needs. The entire staff which I meted here was lovely, helpful and nice with everyone. The rooms was clean, free from odor or anything bad. The accommodation was fantastic, loads of parking spaces, restaurants close and in the hotel with very delicious meals. At restaurant I was greeted by Mrs Maria, a multi language speaker lady who was carefully helping everyone in the restaurant to have a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone. Very comfy room, plenty firm pillows and towels which was great! Bath/shower was really good, nice hand/body wash to use. Very clean and well kept. Smells nice!

No safe. too much noise from cleaning staff. Location of room (116) was next to the supply room. The supply room door was continually being open and closed and then allowed to to swing shut with a bang. Tough location to get out of if travelling to Chester. Front desk staff very helpful as well as restaurant and bar staff. No fridge in room but bar was very helpful in supplying buckets of ice. Stayed 4 nights

Lovely hotel, only one thing is water not hot enough for a bath and also bath very small, breakfast was lovely everything hot and large choice. Lady on desk was really nice , felt sorry for her running around on her own , felt should have more staff on but she kept smiling .
