"The bathroom needs renovations. I also had to ask for the water to be fixed twice as there was no hot water unfortunatel. Housekeeping could be better too as the room wasn’t cleaned very well. However staff were really nice and friendly. Especially the waiters, front of house and drivers. "

"The hotel was so nice. The room was clean, high quality furniture. In a very active area and close to the Pyramids. The decorations were so cool. The staff was great and very honest and helpful. The breakfast was nice. We had lunch and dinner too there. The food was so good. very reasonable price and good quality. I will definitely be there again 😉"

"The hotel was brilliantly positioned with uninterrupted views of the pyramids. We had the room on the third floor and it was so perfect, the hot tub was nice and the balcony views were great. The breakfast they delivered was always delicious and the staff were great and organised an awesome and well priced tour for us as well. The hotel is close to the gates to the Sphinx, a large amount of horses and camels line up here before they open so there can be some animal smells on the balcony...
