The service was friendly and responsive, and you can really feel the care they put into making guests comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "

The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. "Wow, this hotel had everything that I could need during my stay. We stayed at the deluxe room. It was spacious, had a couch and a mini fridge! The breakfast was fabulous, so many options from fresh veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, meats, bread, spreads, salads. They also have 3 different coffee machines and microwave available 24/7. And a laundry room! The staff was nice and helpful. Although there is not cover parking, there is plenty of free parking around the property. We never had...

Make sure to bring your own towel since the hours are limited to rent one,… the office is closed on the weekends and only open from 9-4 M-F. This was a great location to get picked up for tours. "We had to pay for our own transportation. The room was clean, very limited amenities, the staff was not at the location so we needed to call for assistance when we could not open the door with the code. The limited breakfast was hanging on a hook outside of the door in the open. We were not aware we would receive anything so were surprised to find when we returned from a day away."

"The apartment was well located to access the town and get to BSI terminal in 8-10 mins. Easy access if you are going on day tours. The unit is clean with kitchen amenities basic to cooking simple meals. Only setback was setting up the sofa bed where there was no instructions and had to sleep on the floor for the first night until we figured it out the next morning. "
