"The hotel was very clean, good size for one person, bed was comfortable and there was a mini kitchen with mini fridge, cooktop and oven, sink and dinnerware and pots and pans. Service was fast and efficient, although there was no one physically at the hotel. Location was excellent, not in the middle of everything, but close enough to walk. The downside is there was a lot of noise within the hotel. I could hear doors slamming early every morning, as well as dragging furniture - not sure if it were other guests or the cleaning crew. Although the room has blinds. It doesn’t completely block the light, so having blackout curtains would be helpful. Make sure you bring a sleeping mask if you’re coming during spring/summer. The bakery attached to the hotel is a big plus."

"Upon arrival I wanted a shower. The shower in my room was so tiny that water splashed out all over the bathroom and flooded the floor. When I reported it to the staff, they graciously upgraded my room to a much better space. The staff was stellar always helpful with suggestions and answering questions. The on-site parking is pretty expensive, but right next-door is a P3 lot that was very reasonable. Good location with views of the bay and walking distance to many great restaurants."

"First, we had trouble getting into the hotel. There is no physical staff on the property. They email you with a code to get into the front door and the same code opens your room door. Ours didn’t work. I phoned them to help us get in. The gentleman who answered was very pleasant and helpful. We got in the building. It must be under renovation because the floors are not finished and looked like a construction zone. The room was fine and finished. The bathroom had a huge heavy glass door, an extremely small sink and an equally small waste basket. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we liked the room. It is close to shops and about a 10 minute drive to the church and area."
