"We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone. We were in Detroit for a Tigers game and it was a short walk to the stadium. Also a short walk (less than 30 min for everything we did) to other nearby things to do, including the Detroit River boat tour and the Eastern Farmers Market. "Room was really nice except AC only works when you are in the room. The issue with the hotel and casino is a complete lack of professional staff who want to serve you. Multiple times staff were rude and completely unhelpful. For a room that was over $350 a night I expect some level of service which I didn’t receive. I highly recommend not staying here."
