"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "I arrived at the hotel at 5am and approached the large red doors to the property. The large windows in the lobby were esthetically pleasing when checking in at the digital counter. The checking was easy using name and confirmation number. Another family was present and struggled to check in and watched my process to aid them as well. Towards the end of my check in process the computer failed to provide my keys but with a quick ring of the bell, a staff member appeared and provided assistance. Ishihara was friendly and efficient. "We absolutely enjoyed the convenience of the hotel shuttle bus to nearby shopping and train station. It's location to Disney and Disney was perfect for heading back after a long day of walking. The rooms were cleaned everyday and staff was always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the adjoining rooms! Each room was very spacious. The restaurants were also a plus! We will definitely stay again."

"The reason we stayed here was due to the fact that we knew that we were not planning on being at the hotel and wanted to be near Disney for a short period of time. We included breakfast and given the price of the hotel it was worth it. My 3 year olds breakfast was free and there were high chairs and boosters available at the restaurant. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4 with young children. They have potty seats that you can use during your stay and there was a step stool in the room which made it very child friendly. They also have pajamas and toiletries available during your stay. The listing says there are no elevators but there are elevators. There is a shuttle that runs frequently to Disneyland and Disney Sea during the beginning and end of day and less frequently throughout the day. We had no troubles finding the location of the shuttle with the detailed map. There is a Lawson in the hotel which is convenient for snacks and convenient store meals. If you want to find a proper dinner I would recommend going to Ikspiari near Maihama station. While there aren’t that many direct buses during the evenings you can walk from the Disneyland location to Ikspiari to shop and eat. That is probably the one recommendation is for there to also be more frequent buses to Maihama station throughout the day. On a day that is wet or hot it adds a convenient amenity. Lastly the hotel next door has a spa that can be used for the day. We didn’t go but it seemed convenient."
