"料金がお安いので期待してなかったのですが、対応も丁寧で良かったです。民泊？になるのでしょうか。初めての経験でしたけど、安心しました。コンビニ等は少し離れた場所なので徒歩のみの方には不便に感じる所もあるかもです。私は徒歩でコンビニも食事にも出かけましたが軽い運動になったくらいの感じで良かったです。駐車場も問題ありませんでした。ノアでも充分駐めることができます。 2歳の子もいたけど、ゆっくり休めました。ありがとうございました。 "

"チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。部屋に書いておくといいかもです。チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており快適でした。また利用させていただきます。"

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. The restaurant had many empty tables, and it was not busy at all during 8pm to 930pm. I felt very embarrassed. I did nothing wrong but was treated badly. This is not how guests should be treated."

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "
