"Lots of good, more recent replenishments, like the bathroom, the dining area, and the great swimming pool, hot tub, saunas. Nice well-tended gardens. Great service. But a lot of windows painted immovably shut. And the food was a big let-down. We arrived on Sunday for Sunday dinner at 8, couldn't eat our mains. Breakfasts had the feel of having sat a long time after cooking, bacon burnt to a crisp on 2 out of 4 breakfasts."

"Our entire experience and stay at the Newton Hotel was outstanding!! All the staff were incredible, the meals were delicious and prepared with great attention to detail and the building and grounds were meticulously cared for.
