I love the location of the property. It is very close to the train station and local restaurants. I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: safes in every room, and a resumption of daily housekeeping. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

The staff spoke English so that was great. Check in was quick and easy. Room was ok. Considering the price it was acceptable. Lots of free parking.

Family with two kids in elementary and a one year old staying in a triple room. The room was great. The size of the room was fine for 5 people. Breakfast was ok. The are fit us well. Only downside was that it is quite far from Nagoya. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the american Diner and Aeon mall. At the mall there is a lot of activities for kids. Another good thing was that there is a convenience store just across the street from the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the public bath in the basement was the perfect place to unwind and relax. When we arrived, the staff had also set up a comfy crib for our 3month old baby. The proximity of the hotel to the train station make it a very convenient location.

Rooms are very spacious. Terrible smell in the bathroom. Complaints unresolved. No shuttle connection to the airport. Taxi service ok but if there is large amount of baggage it is difficult

Good roof top for sunrise and sunset photo and video Top floor tatami room is good, clean , quiet and comfort Parking space is spacious and comfort. 1 minute walk for lawson convenience store

Decent stay under 15 mins to Nagoya Airport
We stayed here for a one-night layover before heading in to Tokyo. The property itself is fairly close to the metro station and only about 10 mins by rail from the airport. The room was nice in that it had an in-room mini fridge and full amenities. It's a typical Japanese-size hotel room so I would not recommend staying in the room with more than 4 pax (2 adults/2kids). Relative to Nagoya station this property is about 40 mins away by rail definitely on the outskirts of the city if you are looking to stay near there. The staff at the hotel seemed nice; but not as helpful as some of the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan.

Good stay.
Good: Have small bottle of white wine for my wife birthday. Convenience store nearby (Lawson). Very near to station. Comfortable stay. Have public onsen. Bad: Quite a walk to Aeon Mall (20 mins). Too many Mainland China travel tour people.

My family was staying at the japanese style twin room. It's so good and very clean. Totally the hotel is very especially for the location very close to Aeon mall, Costco and the airport. But I think the breakfast was not that good. Japanese style breakfast would be even better.

Really comfortable hotel in close proximity to a convenience store (Lawson) and the Tokoname Meitetsu Line Station. Great if you are searching for somewhere to stay one night before an early flight from Chubu Airport. Family room was huge, toilet was pleasantly comfortable. Lighting could however be better.

Decent and good location choice
This hotel is well located in Tokoname which is just 2 train stops from Centrair. It is just a stone throw away from the train station so no hassle lugging all your stuff and kids to the train. The only down side is that there isn't much choices of food (like almost zero) around it. And the hotel are full of asians from PRC, ROC, HK and of course Singapore.

We were lucky to be in Tokoname at the time of a Ceramic WeekEnd; this town is a real treat for ceramic lover; the quality of the artwork in display is as good as Shigaraki's one, but a lot cheaper. The hotel is conveniently located two stations away from the Airport and a convemient alternative to Nagoya for however takes off from Chubu early in the morning. Cheaper and a calmer area.
