Sorry, you found the parking situation uncomfortable, and thanks for understanding it's beyond our control. We do include more information on parking in the check-in instructions that specifically say vehicles that are 16 feet or longer may park in the outside parking lot on the south side of the building. This includes trucks, SUVs, and full-size vans. Vehicles that are less than 16 feet must park inside the parking garage. We sincerely hope you had a great getaway and will choose one of our properties for your next trip.
