The location of the property itself was spectacular. The view was exactly what we needed as an escape from the Midwest. It was fairly close to things like Broadway and the Board Walk too. The beach was clean and so was the pool area. The amenities (the kitchen and pull out bed) were fine and did the trick for our 5 day stay. We did ask to get into the property early, and Hosteeva accommodated. However, the floors of this property clearly hadn’t been mopped in a while. Our feet were black any time we walked on the floor without shoes. We understood and acknowledged that sand might on the floor since, it is located directly on the beach, but the actual cleanliness was lacking. My only other major complaint was the parking garage. It was an absolute nightmare. The turns were too narrow to navigate in my Nissan kicks (small suv). The location didn’t offer extra parking for cars that didn’t fit/couldn’t navigate the garage. Find parking was atrocious because some spots were reserved (okay, fine, understandable) but other spots were way too small, so you had to go up all the floors by doing 3 point turns to fit into the up ramps of the garage. Again, not really anybody’s fault, the building was clearly built a long time ago and care sizes have changed since then, but a warning would’ve been nice or the option for a different parking spot. I even would’ve offered to pay more to not go up and down those ramps.
