Rooms with kitchenette were nice. However, nothing was plugged in and couldn't get it to work. The tub wouldn't drain. Were told we had an ocean view and we did but on the side not from facing. Loved all the pillows on the bed and it was pretty comfortable. Check in was easy but I didn't like that you had to park across the street and walk because it was hard to find a luggage cart. Loved the spacious room, normally it is hard to get around the beds but this gave you plenty of room. Easy to find.

Rooms in the Jamaican are in a totally separate building separated by another property. Parking is tough, only a few spots next to building, everything else is across the street. Building is old, and updates have not been made. We had a newly repaired ceiling in our room and there was drywall dust all over the bed spreads. Bathroom was tiny, and in need of repairs from water damage. Outdoor pools were not yet open but indoor pools were kind of dirty. Luckily the beach is just steps away and we spent most of our free time there. Hotel is very close to Broadway at the Beach and the strip is walkable with tons of shops and restaurants.

This was a nice property with lots of amenities. The staff was all very helpful and friendly even if just seeing them in the elevator. The room had all we needed, although it had a mild smokey smell to it. Beautiful view, nice kitchen, clean bathroom, beds were decent (heavier adults should not expect to sleep on the Murphy bed bc it has a thinner mattress). The pools were all very nice and they clean them every morning. The weekend was very crowded but during the week it was peaceful. The beach is right there and lovely. Chair rentals are $40 a day, so go to Eagles and buy a $14 chair if you are there for a few days and want a chair. Restaurant next door was very good and great view. Convenient to everything and plenty of parking next door - you will need to drive to most places.

Needs major renovations. No room service like I was told. Elevators are raggedy shaking and slow. Service sucks took all day to get a new coffee maker socket outlets in rooms don't work.

Rooms are old.Ac very noisy did not work well everything in room damp my clothes, bedding ,pillows, musty smell.beds uncomfortable, but staff was great and friendly. Won't be back!

My room had German cockroaches and the property was very dated all of the other rooms that were shown to me was outdated and very badly maintained so I had to stay in my roach infested unit and keep my clothes outside on the balcony to avoid any bugs getting into my bags the staff was very friendly I’m just very disappointed with the bugs and the condition of the other units

The property was greatI will definitely be booking another stay here! All of the lamps in the condo I stay at the light bulbs flicked the whole entire time as soon as you cut them on. I believe the bulbs just need to be changed to a dimmable light bulbs and the problem will be solved! The indoor pool was nice but a little cold with the broken windows!

I liked the location. There was something clear or white crusted on a pillowcase. The toilet ran almost nonstop. We extended our checkout time and housekeeping tried to open the door without announcing himself a few times and when they did come back and announce, they didn’t wait for a response before trying to open the door.

Haitti at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. Getting me water and checking my bag so I could come back for it before my flight. I loved how close I was to the ocean at the Jamaican. The salt water pool was fabulous.
