"I didn’t like that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. I didn’t like that the air freshener was constantly pumped into the room, not good for someone who has asthma or allergies. I didn’t like the bed, no structure, you couldn’t even sit on the edge of the bed without falling off. I didn’t like that the floor was painted concrete, so hard and cold. I didn’t like that when I called the front desk at 2am they didn’t answer, my husband had to physically go downstairs to the front desk. The...

"The studio was spacious , clean and comfortable . Great location , near Central Park and 24 hour grocery markets, and close to the subway. The property was well maintained and secure. The staff was so much more than helpful and welcoming .I will be staying here again when in New York. Best value for your money. "
