"The breakfast was decent, the rooms were not as clean as they could have and should have been. You have to pay for parking $40 per night and if not, you have to find parking surrounding the hotel. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There’s a TV in room, but there is no access to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming service so things to watch on TV were limited. "Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay". I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that". Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."

"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) "
