"The hotel is comfortable. Away from civilisation so its peaceful. Downside is that is it very far from places that you would want to go to. There is no fridge in the room, that's sad. I couldn't buy back beers to chill in my room. The hotel does not have any alcohol in their menu. The food in the hotel is not that great. If you are hungry after 10pm your only option is to order in. Use the GO-Jek app to get some pretty good food delivered to you. Basically, the hotel is a good place to come back...

"I booked this stay for my parents and they had a wonderful times. My dad is in wheelchair and my sister forgot to tell the front desk during check in, but was able to get different room with shower access instead of bathtub. That was wonderful that they were able to do that. Overall the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. I would definitely recommend staying here."

It was only let down by the very loud noise of the air con fan and the wifi cut in and out constantly especially in our room. It is also 100m from the Tugu Yogyakarta which has many cafes at the roundabout. It’s also 5min away by car to the Tugu Yogyakarta train station and 5-15min away from malioboro mall. The swimming pool is a relaxed and conducive place."

The staff Gadang, Dandi from house keeping and Edward from breakfast area were helpful. All staff were polite and respectful. My brother introduced Tentrem to me then I tried then I love it. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler.
