Everything was great. The staff was amazing. They set up my visit to several temples including Borobudur. I think this might be Rome if the best service I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. It’s also clean, well managed and fun and the infinity pool on the upper deck has amazing views of the city and a mountains beyond it.

Supergoed personeel bij de receptie en het ontbijt. Erg vriendelijk en behulzaam. De kamer was netjes en hygiënisch. Ook erg leuk ingericht! De badkamer oogde minder fris. Met name de wc en de douche. Dit is met name vanwege de aanslag van het harde water denk ik. De kussens waren zo ongelofelijk zacht/plat dat je net zo goed zonder kon slapen. Bubblbad stond nooit aan en het zwembad was erg klein. Het zag er wel mooi uit met het uitzicht op de rooftop bar was perfect. Het personeel in de roodtopbar was waardeloos. Wanneer we gingen zitten was er geen service. We moesten zelf naar de bar om eten en drinken te bestellen. Als het eten op was kwamen ze het niet afruimen en bleven we de lang met vieze borden zitten. Er werd nooit gevraagd of het naar wens was en er kwam nooit een vraag of je nog iets wilde drinken. Het is ons wel opgemerkt dat dit in java veel minder gebeurd als dat we gewend zijn. Maar dit hotel spande wel de kroon. Ook was er van alles meerdere dagen op. Geen ginger ale, geen coca cola zero, geen gyoza's etc. Allemaal op. Wij moesten erg wennen aan de verschillende moskeeën die tergelijkertijd hun oproep van gebed deden voor langere periode, dit was goed te horen. Het hotel staat in een drukke straat maar het geluid was in je kamer goed gedempt. Er zijn weinig faciliteiten in de buurt als je geen local bent. Je zal veel met de taxi moeten doen, maar die zijn snel en goed te regelen, daar helpt het hotel heel goed bij, maar zelf bestellen is de helft goedkoper.

So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. I ordered lunch at the restaurant, but.... it took so long 30-40min, seriously i wasn't so sure why. 3. If you provide smoking room, it would be great if you set the ashtray in the room. Since this is a new hotel, trust that you will have a better service. Will come back here when i visited jogja later.

This is a brand new hotel Opened on the 20th of February in Jogja. Everything is new and clean and the service people are well trained. There is a small pool on the roof top and a bar too where you can enjoy the active volcano Merapi if the weather allows you.
