"The shower bar was broken, and I fell because the floor was so slippery. The hotel manager assured me that my entire stay would be refunded, including the fee I paid to Expedia as a deposit, however it was not. Expedia refused to refund my money. I hate this hotel, and the self parking fees, and I will never use Expedia or visit the luxor ever again."

"As I get a little older in years, it seemed like there was a lot of walking involved. The one thing that was nice is that there was not a fee for parking as every other resort or hotel in Vegas is. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and hard to control the temperature."

"Everything was clean and nice. The staff was extremely helpful and made out hotel transfer super easy. I wish we had stayed at PH for our whole trip. The biggest down side is how far away the parking garage is from the hotel lobby. You have to take all of your luggage thought the Mirical Mile Shops, but they have 2 casino entrances. One entrance is next to the doors that lead to Las Vegas Blvd, and then other is next to 50 Cents's candy shop bar."
