"We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!"

"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. "We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."

"This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in.
