"We loved our stay here, the sauna was such a treat. The container rooms felt very private and we had plenty of space for us! The beds were incredibly comfy. It was great to be able to make use of the cooking facilities in central house and the staff were always friendly and helpful. "

"Unfriendly host… second grade ordinary house pretending to market as luxury villa. It’s overpriced, with mediocre service and no care. It’s basically clean, but we wouldn’t commend it to friends. "

"国道沿道に立地する宿泊施設 ドミトリータイプに泊まりました。 ビジネス利用のため、シャワーがついており快適でした。 スタッフも常駐し、安心して利用できました。 焼肉店が併設されているようです（私は利用しませんでした）近くにコンビニもありますので、便利でした。 国道沿道の宿泊施設であるため、寝ている時に国道を走る車の音が若干聞こえますが、気になるレベルではありませんでした。また、利用したいと思いました。"

"If you’re a Hilton member, suggest the breakfast for your stay. Definitely worth it! Love this place, everyone was so kind and wonderful. Although I visited in early April, it was quiet which was nice. The shuttle service is a bonus. It will take you to Grand Hirafu welcome center if your vibe is more happy-go-lucky. Hehehe. Thank you to the Hilton Niseko staff for the experience. Can’t wait to come back with more powder. "

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...

"Although the hotel is above an isolated small local town, the walking areas around the lake are gorgeous and peaceful. The staff members are so very considerate to shuttle and pick up anywhere and anytime. They refer to you by name which makes one feel so cared for and appreciated. I consider this as very close to being one of my best hotel experiences."

"A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again."

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."
