"I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but my room was very clean. Hallways and public spaces were all clean and well lit. Parking with multiple entrances provides easy access but only one elevator at one end of a very long hallway. Comfortable bed and no feather pillows which I very much appreciate. Quiet surroundings and pleasant staff. "

"We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were placed right next to each other even though one was last second and booked months after. The beds were soft and comfortable. Nice air conditioning units. Rooms looked exactly like the photos, and even though you can only get into the rooms with your keycards they still come with two additional locks which made us feel very secure. "When I arrived, I checked in and went to my room. There was NO HEAT on at all! The temperature outside was 12 degree Farenheit! So, that was the temperature inside my room! If they have a certain amount of rooms pre-booked, shouldn't they make sure the heat is turned on in those rooms. That way, the guests dont have to wait 3 hrs for the room to heat up! Also, it was difficult to regulate the heat while I slept. It got too hot and my nose was dry from the heat. So, I lowered it and it turned off...

The bathroom toilet had no seat and looks like a jail cell toilet, the tub is old and stained & the faucets were not clean the walls have cracks as do the near ceiling area and the furniture had watermarks.
