Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....

The property that I paid for 1st, they told me that the pipe busted after I paid the cleaning fee. I paid for a property to sleep 6 people so 1 person had to sleep on the floor & another person had to sleep on a broken futon couch. The bed I was sleeping on was broken & there was pee stains on sheet & blanket. I asked them for a discount because of the unexpected things my family went through & they stopped communicating with me until the next day. But do not get any property rental from these people. And they have so many bad reviews I don’t see how Expedia has them on there. I traveled from Ohio & it was my last night in New York & that’s how I spent it. Please take head to this review & the other ones. They weren’t lying.

Property bedding was dirty, carpet dirty, sofas were dirty. Not was listed in the pictures. Asked me for $900 deposit through Zelle. No respond. Expedia needs to investigate this company for false advertising.

I booked this place for 2 different times during my week stay. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. They reassured us when we were coming back into town that we would be able to stay in the original location which was true. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were only 4 beds in the home (to sleep 8) we reserved this stay for 12. There were also 7 towels. When I reached out to the host she said they would take care of it the following day and send someone to set up another mattress. I told them that was not acceptable and we needed somewhere for people to sleep. They told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was Easter and their employees were home with their families. Nobody came for the duration of the time. We were sleeping on couch cushions on the floor and thin sheets. It was very disappointing, I would never recommend this place. Our feet were also filthy just from walking around the house. Look somewhere else. I’m not hard to please, so the fact I’m writing a review is enough said.

Put down a deposit with the understanding that the deposit would be back in my account within 24 hours. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Charged a cleaning fee on top of this for an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned prior to me staying there. A toilet that wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was brown water and the toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. There were also damages in the apartment that they don’t show. Hallway bathroom shower head came off and the water kept running and I had to fix it. They make you put down a deposit and cleaning fee just to advertise this a great place, etc but it’s all a lie. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be further reporting this so that no one else experiences this again.
