"I stayed in “The Level room” and service room staff was incredible. But for any reason the didn’t gave me the room in that lever for one night and they didn’t compensate the shift."

"I do not recommend this place at all, it does not look as good as the pictures. Needs major maintenance and renewal. Elevators are gross and discusting, the rooms are old and bad. Avoid this place if possible."

The only thing we didn’t like is that we paid the same amount as our friends but didn’t get a balcony because not all rooms have a balcony. The picture of the room we booked showed a balcony so it was just a little misleading. "

"Great hotel in a great area of Madrid. The hotel staff and amenities were perfect. The hotel is located in a great area of the city within walking distance to great places. Also really appreciate how helpful the hotel staff was from providing a converter (mine stopped working) to giving restaurant suggestions,"

"このホテルの創業が1912年、そして建物自体は非常に古く、重厚なものでした。ロケーションは、プラド美術館も歩いていけるところに立地しており、周りには緑が沢山あり、最高の立地でした。建物が古い為、さすがにエレベーターの機器は、新しいものに改装はしてありましたが、箱そのものは古いものを残してあるため、若干の動作のスムーズ感が足りませんでしたが、それも仕方ないよねと納得できました。 部屋などの、調度品は古いものはそのままの状態を維持しつつ、照明などは全てLED仕様にするとか、空調も完璧でした。 また、タクシーも常に待機してくれているので、どこに行くのも快適に移動が出来ました。 二日間だけの宿泊でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。"

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...
