Nice hotel within close proximity to train station and public transport few metres away from hotel. Food menu could have been better but ok if you are looking for lighter meals.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean, although i had a broken shower in the bathroom, but functionable. Thea breakfast was not abundant but was enough. I didn‘t like that they didn‘t have a terrace, one is mentioned in the description, but it‘s actually other Ilunion hotel that has one. Overall a good stay.

We only stayed overnight, so we didn't get to explore the area. But we liked the proximity to and from the airport. Took less than 10 minutes at 8am from the hotel to the airport (MAD). Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of fresh fruit. The best of all, there were churros and the chocolate to dip in. There was a toaster for them to be warm and crunchy. That alone made this hotel 5 stars.

This is my second time staying here for an overnight before flying out of Madrid and I will continue to stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are great. I suppose someone might say that some of the fixtures are a little bit dated, but everything is clean and highly functioning and the rooms, in an a relative sense, are huge. The convenience to Barajas airport also can’t be beat. The staff is very kind and accommodating and with my Expedia gold status I get a room upgrade so both times I’ve had an awesome balcony attached to the room. Room service was great and quick and the substantial and diverse buffet breakfast in the morning is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be back!

As a solo traveler I felt safe and the staff was great. The room was spacious for 1 person and it was clean. I enjoyed my view and I love that the bus was in front and the train station Pío was about 10 minute walk. The area is safe and quiet. If you’re looking for a place that’s not crowded and calm but is easy to go to the main attractions via train or Cabify this is the place to stay at.
