Great location, facilities and service. Staff is extra attentive, made everything so easy and relaxed, just what you need on vacation. Breakfast is very complete, fresh and has a reasonable schedule (no need to wake up too early). Would come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast had really good options to choose from. A wonderful experience overall, we would happily stay here again!

This hotel was our first stop on our European vacation from the US and we found that the hotel was great but the customer service needed a little bit of improvement. We hoped to see Madrid more but the hotel was far from most dining and shopping options. The staff were kind but I felt like they could’ve been a little more helpful or accommodating. The room was good except our view below outside was just a pile of garbage. I want to be clear that overall I would recommend staying here just be aware of what it is you look for in a hotel before you book.

The hotel was very good for what we needed. A very short walk from Pío XII metro, the facilities were very good, hotel clean and whilst about 30 mins out from Sol (city centre) it’s very simple and cheap on the metro. Airport is also about half hour away. Very friendly check in staff, and spacious rooms. No issues whatsoever. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar here but it always smelt nice walking past. We also didn’t use the parking facilities but they were clearly signed. Would come back here again whenever we come back to Madrid Top tip: if going to the Bernabéu, catch the 150 bus. Right outside the hotel and takes you straight to the stadium in about 10 minutes. Don’t bother with the Metro.
