"The Imperial Hotel is a beautiful building with plenty of character and charm from years gone by. However, it is now in need of some upgrades and refurbishment. Our room was a good size, but it felt quite tired and dated nice sea from our room,On the positive side, the breakfast was very good, and the bar was a lovely place to relax. With a little modernisation, this hotel could truly return to its former glory."

"Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic. There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people. I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed."

"Excellent lovely stay the Lilly hotel. Bed was excellent and room offered everything that i expected. Only issue was there was no milk for the tea and coffee supplied in the room. We didn’t ask for any. Furniture was dated but acceptable. Pleasant stay and will definitely be going back again in the future."

"Clean room with a comfortable bed and everything was in it that I needed. The bathroom was just a little outdated. The staff weren't very welcoming either. Just a payment requirement rather than any form of customer etiquette."

"Had a lovely clean en-suite room overlooking the sea. The staff we met with couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s parking on the front of the hotel but if it’s full there are 3 long stay car parks bang next door. We were in Blackpool to go to The Opera House/Winter Gardens and this was ideal as it was only 10-15mins walk ( all nice and flat) to get there. The hotel bar was open 24hrs which as we arrived back quite late was nice to sit and chill before heading off to our room. If/when next in...

"Had a lovely four day break I am disabled and I took my own mobile scooter can get access through back door I would ask staff for measurements the doorif you’re bringing a bigger mobile scooter because mine is quite small the lifts are a good size. I think they do have rooms downstairs but please checkfood was excellent you will not be disappointed lovely location I had a wonderful holiday thank you very much to all this Tiffany staff"
