"It's not a hotel. More like a rental apartment. No proper reception. No breakfast service. No plate, bowl, spoon, fork, or even cup is to be used or borrowed. I booked a superior room, thus I am not sure what makes it it 'more superior' than other rooms. No additional facilities. The area is a bit dodgy (like most train stations in all countries) thus to enter the apartment with so many instructions is a bit difficult. When we returned to the place at around 9pm, we were followed by a beggar....

"We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect and the apartment was recently remodeled and is very comfortable and clean. The service and communication was excellent. We stayed for one night on our way to the Dolomites but I wish we could have stayed longer."
