"After staying at literally hundreds of hotels across the world, from 5 star to Holiday Inns, Ive never left a rating but the property here did it right. The amenities, the design, the staff deliver a 5 star experience which is legitimate and authentic unlike some of the 5 star pompous at times vibes. Snacks and drinks 24/7, small but nice gym, nice patio... the small things not hotel cares about these daus customer service wise...combined with the staff made me leave a first time review. 5+ stars"

"It was an overnight stay just before the cruise. I’m not sure why I would be charged extra if there are already 3 beds for the room and we had a last minute guest. I also expected breakfast and at least a bottle of water. But it was clean and it was convenient to the metro. If not for my Expedia credit it would not be worth the money. It was quite old."

"The most helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast, definitely worth the price. Clean rooms but spiders on the walls. Only negative is the hot tub which we originally chose the hotel for, which is in the middle of a rooftop bar with tables encircling it with people drinking so not really usable. Otherwise wonderful stay!"
