"Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. L'hôtel se fait vieux et quelques commodités ne marchent pas bien tel que le mini frigo sans notre chambre. La chambre était super propre et le ménage est fait très tôt au quotidien. Je recommande mais ce n'est pas du luxe m!"

"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. When I first arrived, my duvet was dirty, covered in animal hair, but the staff were quick to change it for me. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful with travel and activities advice around the city, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was clean at all times."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
