"Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. There were sea turtles on the beach on the condo property. Spotted whales and dolphins off the coast from our balcony. We looked forward to...

"Great property and they think of so many details! The staff is helpful, the grounds are beautiful and we throughly loved staying here! Some room for improvement would be not to charge for parking and the beach right in front of the hotel isn’t great for swimming but the pool has a great view of the ocean!!!! It’s a wonderful beautiful hotel and the grounds are beautiful for strolling through!"

"Pretty nice overall, becoming dated for sure but its right on the beach and the staff are great. Slow service at the resturants on the beach, they seemed pretty understaffed during the busy times. We waited a while for attention from servers several times which is a bummer due to how expensive this place is, but otherwise all good."

"We had a fantastic time! Our condo was a little dated, but it was so practical and clean with a great location that I didn’t mind. If you stay at The Whaler, try to get a room on the north side of the south tower or the south side of the north tower. Our room was on the south side of the south tower and our view was good, but the other views would have been spectacular! Also, being able to walk to the shops, restaurants and activities in front of of the Whaler was awesome. So much more...
