"An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."

"The Hotel was suited very close to the airport, yet had excellent soundproofing so we didn't hear any aircraft..the staff were very friendly and helpful too..the room had a wonderful modern bathroom and an excellent shower and there were plenty of cable channels and in English too...the air conditioning was great to have as well...kindly as we vacated before breakfast time they gave us a snack to take away..... perhaps a central light in the room would be useful, but overall it was a wonderful...

"Tolles Hotel in Matosinhos , Bushaltestelle nach Porto nur wenige Gehminuten und der Strand ist gleich in der Nähe . Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit "

"The hotel check in was exemplary. The young fellow who works the night shift (we checked in at 7pm) went out of his way showing us maps and giving restaurant recommendations. He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. He made the trip better. Thank you."

"Beautiful property. Crisp linens, embroidered pillowcases, lovely toiletries. Welcomed with a glass of Port wine and a delicious Portuguese tart. The restaurant had fabulous food offered indoors or out on the patio. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the river where you can take Portuguese boat rides viewing the 6 bridges. Perfect for shopping, cycling and strolling through the cobble stone streets! Loved it!"
