"Excellent breakfast. Good food and plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble; so helpful. Only one complaint… no kettle in the room in order to make a cup of tea and very unusually, no room service available. "

"The hotel is steps from the metro, very convenient to walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is also near many areas of interest so we were able to walk to many of the places. The staff were so kind and welcoming. "

"We were very happy with our choice to stay at Hotel Moon & Sun in Porto. From the handwritten welcome letter to the exit cookies, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. "Everything was wonderful from checking in, port upon arrival, the room was very clean but the carpet is white and had lots of stains. Needs updated. Breakfast was fabulous. All staff in there were so nice and accommodating. We did have drinks a couple of times at the rooftop bar and did eat there once. Gorgeous view from there. The staff were excellent but slow at times. It was busy so maybe need more staff up there. It is very centrally located to everything. Would definetly stay again....

"The hotel had all the expected amenities, and the staff was helpful and cordial. Breakfast was excellent - lots of hot and cold options. I enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood that is not filled with loud tourists. There's a wonderful food court a block away that stays open late - Mercado Bom Successo. I found it wonderful for getting a quick bite after a long day of exploring."
