"The hotel appears not to have enough working lifts to accommodate all guests. At times there was a 20 minute wait to get from the upper levels down to the ground floor. Mystery charges were also charged to my card after checking out with staff unable to give a reason why - am now waiting for the staff to call me back with answers."

"Only one chair with a large table in a family room. Would be good to have at least 2 chairs. Bathroom was great, room very clean and good amount of space. Reception staff could do with some further train. Pre-check in is a waste of time. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Shangri la hotel. Amazing staff, amazing food, really clean and great facilities with a great view of the Opera house and the harbour bridge while we had breakfast every morning. Can't fault this property at all and we are already planning our next trip here!"
