"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed."

Everyone was lovely and kind and asked straight away if we needed help with getting to the concert and ordered a taxi for us as soon as we was checked in....The room was lovely and very clean.... This is definitely a 5* hotel for me couldn't of asked for anymore....."
