"Photos don't do it justice - so much space! Stayed for four nights with my Dad and brother, we are all 6 foot + and I was a bit concerned it would be pokey. Not at all, the opposite. Terrace was lovely, great to watch the birds, rabbits and hedgehogs. Imagine that in summer it would be a proper little suntrap! Couple of minutes from the beach and five/ten on the beach or a path to Port Eynon. We would love to come back. For the price, it was perfect, and helped us make some lovely memories in...

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"Our room was excellent - recently decorated with good facilities - our only problem was with the shower (no instructions). We had an evening meal which was very well presented. No breakfast available but there are coffee shops and cafes in the village. The staff were very helpful. We would happily stay here again."

"Above all I wanted some orange juice in the morning but the one carton did not suffice for all residents. There was plenty of toast, yogurt & cereal available though for the self service continental breakfast. As an older building, noise through the floors & doors are evident but not too intrusive. Apart from being handed the keys, I didn't see any staff which was fine... It was nice and clean, a few small maintenance jobs were outstanding... However these are all minor, it well surpassed my expectations for the price paid & I would recommend... Quiet street, close to restaurants, bus stop shops & sea front it was perfect for me."
