I’ve been a staying at this property for over 20 years because of the convenient location and the fact that it’s a fully equipped suite. However, this is the worst I’ve seen it. The rooms are filthy and the carpet is dusty. The toilet in room I was checked into didn’t work so I had to be changed to a different room. The room I was switched to doesn’t have a working extractor fan in the bathroom so the entire room gets humid when you use the hot water in the shower. I can understand that renovations take time but at least the place can be kept tidy and the carpet properly and regularly cleaned. The dust was killing my allergies. The last three times I’ve stayed here in the past 12 months I said I won’t come back, but this time was the absolute worst. I doubt I’ll ever stay here again.

This place does not look the same in person as on the site. It’s terribly old and run down. We had to battle ants for two days. No one cleans the rooms and if you want new towels(which u get only two) you have to return the old ones first to reception. It’s ridiculous

Furniture was filthy and in need of repair/replacement. No decor on walls. The shower was peeling and very unsanitary in appearance. Extremely disappointed.

The worst experience of my life.....doesnt look like the pictures, it is old, dirty, AC is not working properly etc. i asked for a refund, they didnt want to organize it, so i lost my money, booked another hotel for 2 nights and they have a good booking. Somebody paid 2 nights and left, so they could keep the money. The man at the frontdesk wouldnt help me, didnt want to do anything......so we left (me and my 3 daughts) to another hotel. It is a very very bad location!!! Expedia it is a shame to have that hotel for that price on your listings.

The condition of the room was not as advertised online… the couch was stained and the sheets were dirty. We had to purchase sleeping bags to place over the bed.

The property is clean. It's outdated however and needs some renovations. Its also near the airport and railroad track. So its quite noisy sometimes.

Unfortunetly I was staying underneath a couple that decided to argue and scream at each other all night. I called a noise complaint. Not to mention that EVERY single plane taking off from Miami happen to fly right over the hotel. Very noisy in general but has kitchenette should you want to cook. Yet you can't take your Breakfast back to your hotel room.

The staff all seemed to be very pleasant and accommodating, the only problem (and it is not their fault but they should warn people) is the noise, there are constant planes overhead, you can actually see the underbelly of the plane from the bed in the loft. Ear plugs should be provided to each room or at the least, a warning to bring some.. The loft area was great, the beds (except for the pull out sofa) comfortable.

The Room was exceptionally dated and with the exception of the staff members who handled check-in and check-out, everyone else I interacted with needed Customer Service Training. Very poor Guest relations.

The first thing we had to deal with was the only elevator in the place was broken. All 4 of us are senior citizens, and having to lug all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs with bad knees and hips was horrible. We had all our luggage for a week long cruise so it all had to be hauled up and down the stairs. There was no water initially because of an issue that a maintenance guy was working on. The tubs were peeling the paint that was improperly applied. The bath mats in the tubs were dirty with mold on them. At one time im sure the property was nice. The layout of the room was nice, it was a 2 bedroom penthouse suite on 2 floors. Everything was just old and worn. Needed updating badly. We were only there for 1 night, so we made do with it.

We tried to cancel this reservation on the tail end of our cruise after having such a horrible experience for the 2 nights prior to our cruise. Expedia assured me they would take care of it,and i could book rlsewhere, but they did not. The hotel was dirty, no towels or bedding available. We slept like the honeless with our coats for blankets. The light fixtures had burned out bulbs. The phones didnt work. They fixed nothing. Never believe Expedia whwn they tell you "dont worry about it, we will make it right." They do not. Shame on all of them!

We arrived shortly after midnight. There was no bedding or towels for all of us (3) in the room. The phones didn't work so i called on my cell. We were told they had no more linens but we would be put into a new room the next day. I slept with my coat over the top of me for bedding. The next day, we were told there were no more rooms to move us to. We finally did get towels and 1 blanket. Maintenance never came to fix the phones, kitchen light, or toilet that flushed only part of the time. Our neighbors stood outside of our room and yelled on and off most of the night. I've asked expedia for a refund and,also to cancel our stay thats booked for next week. I want my miney back and will book somewhere else. Staying here was a nightmare. We did not ask for anything above and beyond what should have been supplied to begin with. They were happy to charge for 3 to stay in the room but couldn't/didn't supply what was necessary for 3 guests.

The surrounding area of the facility gives a very rainforest like feel. There is a Walmart that is on the other side of the hotel. Making shopping for food and other needs very easy and accessible. However....... The facility itself is not all that clean. The rug was disgusting. There were no washcloths, so I had to buy one. The breakfast was mediocre and the staff was not very helpful.I would not really recommend this place for anything more than the three nights I stayed. I wish this place well and I hope that they get all of their necessities in order.

The place needs an overhaul. The room is super dated, the tiles in the shower is dirty, walls have moulds, mattress springs are poking your body, pillows are like 1/3 filled, basically just like using a sheet at a pillow. The room was vibrating when the plane pass. Will never book this place again.

This place has potential for owners that care. The tubs need upgrading, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept, and our room smelled of mildew from water damage. Needs some love and care.

Worst hotel ever!
DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid $300 for a room that sleeps 8. It was filthy and had roaches. Not just a roach but baby roaches in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. The floors were so dirty that we had to bathe in the filthy bathroom which has paint peeling off the tubs and put socks on just to walk around. The sleeper couch that we had to use was also very dirty and old. The front door had a 1 inch gap all around it and you could see the light, I’m not even sure how the door stayed closed. The planes from the airport go all night long and sounded like they were going to crash into the building. If we could have found another place we would have left. When I told the front desk about the roaches the worker just okay thanks and stayed he would call someone.

Airplane noise was nonstop until 2am the beds were awful to sleep on, your body would sink into like an air mattress deflating. Breakfast area was really small and crowded.

Avoid this place.
Terrible hotel, nothing was working in the room including toilet flush. They might not be doing any pre check before allotment of thr rooms to guest. Turning the heat on caused fire alam. Room was smelling like dust. And front desk also confirmed they dont clean air duct of ventilation ever so all rooms will.smell the same. Long queues for breakfast so had to skip and eat out.
