"It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly…
But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5.
we particularly like its great location !!!
1 min walk from the very convenient Westgate mall where there are forex...

"We took so long to check in even we arrived at 8 pm the rooms weren’t ready we waited for almost one hour to check in .. there is a huge miscommunication between staff to the point that they sent the deputy manager and the security to my room to ask me to check out on the day before my checking out and he was insisting. The toilet smelled so bad as if they never maintenance the building"
