"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Steak house was great, the Mexican food at Casa de Flores was okay, Italian food was good. We didn't get to try the other restaurants for dining. The buffet was great. The room was amazing and everything was clean. Overall had a great experience. "

"We encountered issues with our door key not functioning properly. When we approached the front desk for assistance, the attendant was rude and informed us that the problem was caused by keeping our key card too close to our phone. Subsequently, maintenance came to our room but could not get the key to work either. As a solution, they had to access the room next to ours and climb over the wall to reach our patio in order to unlock the door from the inside."
