Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster. "This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms.
