"Booked a nice room, when we arrived the room wasn't available so they put us in a poor staff apartment with a sofa bed and charged us for a hotel room. Unacceptable."

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."
