"Prime location, around the corner from the metro and many shops and restaurants (rue cler street my favorite street market in Paris and we always stay around this area) I could not recommend more this place to stay in Paris if you are light packed travel. If you are traveling with kids, have any mobility restrictions or maybe multiple 20k+ suitcases probably not your place to stay. The stairs are really something (no elevator) We stay at the 4th floor and I was pretty hard going up and down...
