"The room I reserved had a loud, squealing toilet upon check in. Maintenance worked on the toilet for 45 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Eventually, I was given another room when maintenence was unable to make the repair. The room I was given was dirty. Dust was all over the floors. Alarm clock was broken. "Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."

Unfortunately the check in app link we were sent didn’t work on multiple devices and different locations and did not receive prompt response which delayed our check in by 2 hours.
