"We arrived with the incorrect code for the door. It took multiple times with the management and multiple differe"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience"

"This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....

"Excellent location for the National Park entrance. The room was clean and had been updated. The common areas still need some updating . Someone put garbage overflowing in the balcony garbage can and it sat for days. The breakfast and coffee were pretty bad. Powdered eggs and a strange bacon. "
