Clean room.

Got bridge connected to mall(setia city mall). Staff was friendly. Our room prepared late but they did compensate us to check out late too. BREAKFAST IS TIP TOP! Definitely recommend here

The place was incredible in the inside and looked modern although it looked old outside. Breakfast was not included and since we stayed in the hotel it was RM25 per person. (If you're not staying at the hotel, it will be RM55 per pax). Parking is free, just give your TnG or visa card to the reception so they can help. I liked the shower and toiletries provided, I didn't feel the need to use other soaps purchased elsewhere since it was nice to use the hotel's toiletries instead. The shower was...

It was really amazing!

It was a worthwhile experience. Breakfast was sumptuous, environment was conducive for relaxation, gym was invitingly equipped. Going back soon.

Easy to buy food n drink n grocer

Value for money

Good and well mannered

I like the staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. The room is quite spacious， I suggest adding a chair or lounge chair into the room. It will feel more comfortable and look warm.

Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. This is my second time staying in this hotel and will return again.

Clean room, staff was great and good location

Astonishing 5 stars hotel! Kids were happy, i myself would recommended to others, especially family with toddlers. Food variety, location accessible. Definitely will return for another stay

Very nice stay and comfort hotel. All staffs are friendly and helpful.
