"Amazing location, service and breaky!!"

"Lovely hotel - staff were always very friendly and helpful. Great rooftop bar with views. Bed was so comfortable - best night's sleep I've had in ages! Good location close to cafes, restaurants, waterfront walks. The only downsides were - no free parking, confusing lift buttons (odd floor numbers on 1 panel, evens on opposite side (why??)"

"Motel was kind of old. Very noisy (our room was top of the stairs) as is close to the main road as well. Shower screen was broken, and the bathroom set up is weird and tiny. Bed was OK, not as uncomfortable as we expected however. Staff were quite friendly. "

"We loved our stay at Boulevard on Beaumont! We got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge and unexpectedly we got surprised with a spa in the main bathroom! The view onto the street was great, the beds were comfy and having a full kitchen was awesome and laundry area. There was a tv in each room as well as the lounge room. The value for money and location close to a multitude of food venues was excellent. I decided not to pay for parking and parked on a small side street right next to the apartments and that worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Newcastle. Only negative was that it needed a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning. "
