"We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. "Really solid experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, especially for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, great value and a comfortable stay and can snag free street parking on the weekends."

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "

"Cleaning was not the best, twisties under the bed and litter from previous people. Bed slopes from a peak down from the centre line to the edges. "

"Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility."

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

"We didnt realise till after booking that this apartment had no reception desk.i wouldn't recommend booking last minute after traveling and tired. You need to email or ring to get codes to get in. Its bit of fort knocks. Codes to get into foyer-to use lift-the paid car parking-so its not an easy entry. The drunks and homeless people yelling and swearing all night below is not cool if your a light sleeper. Room was adequate though,had everything we needed. Internet is super slow..if it even...
