"Amazing hotel with excellent staff."

"As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. Only thing is that there isn’t much of a view but like tbh not much to see other then buildings. I was a bit disappointed on the breakfast though, the service at the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Other Marriot breakfast usually come to your desk to grab your coffee order, at this one had to go grab it. The masala omellete though was amazing!! Overall 8.5/10"

"Staff were wonderful/as soon as we got off from our Grab, they came out to welcome us throughout check in process. Room was clean and everything else in the rooms were clean. They did give us the room we booked for. Highly recommended."

"Great room, great service, and great breakfast buffet. We stayed at an Aloft in Stuttgart but the KL Sentral Aloft was better in my opinion. I would gladly stay here, or at any Aloft facility again."

"The bed was amazing and staff are very hospitable. The only problems I had were maybe that the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with every visit, just made the bed and changed the towel and that’s it. The staff were very kind, especially Hanisa was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I’d give it 7.5/10. We had a problem with the iPad not changing the colors but that’s not a big deal. The iPad was helpful and very techy. I loved it! Thanks for the hospitality. "
