"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby looked warm and cozy. The room needed updating but it was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice harbor view. I would have loved to drink my coffee on the balcony but the coffee tasted funky. "The room was clean,spacious and I had a great view! I would have gave 5 stars all around, the dusty cobwebs on the dinning room chandeliers gave a vibe that didn't quite work with the price point of dinner. I was excited to use the floor warmer, however mine did not turn on. So that is why 4 stars on working amenities. The overall experience was great. Upon check out they went above and beyond to make something right. I experienced my first solo trip, and am thinking of making it once a year...

"Bathroom (toilet and shower) was very small and outdated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Beds / pillows were OK. TV was good. Little view of the beach from our first floor room. People at checkin were very helpful and cooperative. "
