"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. "When we arrived we were not even sure if it was the right place- just looked an out the back pub, which is what it turned out to be. We paid and were shown to our room (16). Very compact, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and a very frosted window. No wardrobe and very little storage space. The TV didn't work while we were there. A knock at the door, out card hasn't been accepted, yet I had a receipt. On checking, it has been accepted! To get to the room, there is a narrow corridor."
