"The room was excellent — spacious, beautifully done, with a massive and very comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, large TVs, and a really nice modern shower. "I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move. I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this...

"Wunderschöner Ort und sehr nah gelegen für viele Viewpoints/attractions (Parks, Hikes, Wasserfälle, Zoos, Le Morne, etc). Viele inkludierte Activities direkt vom Resort aus (Snorkling, Glass Bottom Boat, etc). Man kann auch Scuba Diving gehen ganz in der Nähe, wunderschön! Super Aussicht direkt aus dem Zimmer! Das Personal war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Besonders Muzammil in den Restaurants! Außerdem hatten wir hatten ein Problem während unseres Aufenthaltes und Jarvin (Manager on duty)...
