Nice property to stay in. A bit out of the way if you want to be close to the beach. Okay if you have transport or happy to taxi. Nice apartment. Not enough sunbeds for the pool. Average food for this type of place. Emailed them 3 times before my arrival, never got a response. Raised this at the reception, no explanation was forthcoming. Overall, comfortable, enjoyable.

Très bel hôtel dans l’ensemble. Le Domaine de Grand Baie est superbe, la chambre est très confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, souriant et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. En revanche, grosse déception concernant le buffet du soir : plats peu savoureux, manque de choix, de goût et d’assaisonnement. C’est dommage car cela ne reflète pas la qualité globale de l’établissement. Malgré ce point négatif, l’hôtel reste une très bonne expérience grâce au cadre et à l’accueil.

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour dans cet établissement pourtant bien noté. La chambre attribuée donnait directement sur le parking, sans aucune intimité, et plusieurs problèmes se sont enchaînés : draps sales, inondations répétées dans la salle de bain, fuite d’eau au-dessus du lave-linge… Nous avons dû attendre plusieurs interventions avant d’être relogés, au bout de trois jours. Sur cinq nuits, seuls les deux derniers jours se sont bien passés. Un geste commercial avait été promis, mais nous n’avons jamais eu de retour. Vraiment dommage pour un hôtel censé être de standing.

En flot veldrevet og velholdt hotel, hvor vi havde en etværelses lejlighed og datter sov på sovesofa i stuen. Skøn terrasse hvor vi mød egne middage og pause fra solen. Altid smilende og imødekommende personale, som gør alt for at vores ophold er godt. Buffet afvekslende og indbydende i store restaurant og dejlig lille restaurant i smukkeste gårdhave med al la carte. Lækker spa og mindre træningsfaciliteter og smukt pool område m bar-menu. Varmeste anbefalinger og stor tak til alt personale.

Compliqué à joindre et s'expliquer-

Il a fallu changer 3 fois de chambre pour être enfin installées. Venant avec une copine de plongée, j'ai demandé à avoir 2 lits séparés, ce qui semblait ne pas exister. J'ai donc pris un appart avec une chambre et un canapé-lit, sale mais surtout très mou et donc inutilisable . Pas possible d'avoir un autre matelas ni un lit dans la partie séjour et à CHAQUE FOIS, on attend UNE HEURE (REELLE)) pour une réponse. On ns fait visiter un appart avec 2 chambres et 2 grands lits, immense, mais surtout beaucoup plus et trop cher. RE-UNE HEURE, on n'arrête pas de descendre à la réception pour savoir où ça en est. On nous montre un STUDIO, marqué avec uniquement grand lit comme pour l'appart une chambre, où nous perdions notre temps à attendre au lieu de pouvoir s'installer. Et là MIRACLE, on nous montre qu'on peut séparer le "grand lit" en 2 petits lits, notre demande initiale. RE-ATTENTE, le temps qu'ils préparent les 2 lits séparés. On déménage enfin. MANQUE DE POT !!, ça PUE les égouts dans l'UNIQUE placard de l'entrée, prévu pour ranger tous les vêtements. On RE-descend à la réception, 2 personnes constatent à tour de rôle et ne peuvent nier l'évidence. La Gérante est maintenant au courant et nous propose un appart avec 2 chambres, pour le même prix. On insiste plusieurs fois sur le prix, ils s'engagent personnellement. ENCORE ATTENTE pour la préparation On FINIT par s'INSTALLER ds le STUDIO. Arrivée à 11h, il est 19h30. L'appart avec 2 chambres sera prêt le lendemain, 28h après
