"Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous adresser la présente réclamation concernant mon séjour au sein de votre établissement The Bay Club at Anahita, du 22 mars au 6 avril. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction quant aux conditions de ce séjour, lesquelles sont manifestement non conformes à la prestation vendue et aux standards annoncés, tant sur le plan contractuel que sanitaire. Es ist kein Luxus-Hotel, aber wir haben uns dafür der einheimischen Bevölkerung sehr nahe gefühlt, was mir viel mehr bedeutet hat. Zudem geben sie gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, oder Infos darüber, wie die Kreolen sind und leben. Es war sehr schön und ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Alles Gute und bis zum nächsten Mal!"
