The English level of staff are much better than other same tier hotel groups. There’s smell in the toilet and the staff immediately arranged a plumber to fix it when we were out. The parking is smooth but it’s first-come-first-served. 1000yen per night again the staff were nice. There are lots of restaurants and a plenty of shopping places in the area. Overall a good deal considering the price level.

The hotel is located next to the mall and easy to find the restaurants and convenience stores. The room and staff are super satisfied. With these kind of services I can give 10/10 without question.

- Some staff not able to communicate English that much and seem to be a bit aggressive when we ask question. Room is ok a bit dusk in corner obviously in a/c. Variety of amenities provided, good area not far from main station.

The hotel is a very short walk from the station even with a suitcase. 2pm check in was great. Also close to the castle and museum of art. Lots of places to eat close to the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed and parked our car at the hotel, car space is first come first served. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel is family friendly too. Would hope there are more laundry machines as all machines are either occupied or locked with unpicked up laundry. We had buffet breakfast at the hotel too, the restaurant environment was nice, food was decent.

Good location within 10 minute walk of the bus and train station and castle and lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Great place to stay in Matsumoto
Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently close to railway station. I hope to return to Matsumoto one day - and if I do I will definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay as the room is clean with breakfast buffet included. The castle is within walking distance and within walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience store. The only criticism is that the pillow was hard and not very comfortable

My room was really spacious. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much run around space. The hotel is right between Matsumoto station and Matsumoto castle. It's very strategic as I can reach the many interesting sightseeing and shopping streets on my way to the castle.

Everything good, including the bed, baby cot, breakfast etc. One thing possibly to improve on would be the toilet. Where certain panels are falling off and when we check-in, there is this urine smell.
