"I loved the hotel. I stayed in the resort. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were incredible. The breakfast was good enough. No fresh fruit. My favorite breakfast experience was sitting outside and watching the wildlife along the river. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Parking was easy and free. The pool was so much fun for the kids. It had a lazy river, a slide and a fountain. It was clean and beautiful. There was an indoor pool as well. The rooms were beautiful, but musty. I did not give the resort five stars because housekeeping did not clean the room and make the beds daily. Only once in our five night stay were the beds made. I was ready to go out and buy a broom to sweep the carpet. I wasn’t the only person to contemplate that thought. The towels were changed and the garbage emptied daily. The location was okay. I used the trolley often, since the hotel was near the trolley stop."

"It was a ok stay for the price. Kind of expected to have a microwave in the room but it didn't have one. Room was clean , bed was a bit on the hard side but it got the job done."

""GRACE" is always so friendly and welcoming. She is attentive to our needs...whatever we need she wants us to be 100% satisfied. They need vending machines that disperse snacks, candy, and a wider variety of drinks. Bring your own...the room has a mini fridge & microwave. The pool was nice & clean. The parking lot and grounds are very clean too. The hotel is older but very well maintained. It is old but cleaner than others. We stay there every time we come to Pigeon Forge."

"The hotel exudes both its history and modern conveniences. Breakfast choices were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. We thought the room size was more spacious than comparable hotels. Another plus was the location. It’s walkable to many of the places we wanted to dine, visit and see."
